Who we are
Steadnet Cyber Ltd, registered in England, company 15215135, operates steadnet.com. Contact info@steadnet.com for questions about your information or to exercise your rights.
Enquiries and associate introductions
We collect the name, email address, country, service interest and message you submit, plus optional organisation and budget details. Campaign labels included in an enquiry help us understand which links bring useful enquiries. We use the information to respond, assess fit and discuss a potential engagement.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing potential business relationships, or steps at your request before a contract where applicable. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting, delivery and protection against misuse
The website uses Amazon Web Services hosting and delivery. The enquiry service runs in AWS London and sends to our Google-hosted business mailbox. Request metadata is processed to operate and protect the service. Short-lived hashed network identifiers and submission identifiers help limit abuse and duplicate messages; they have a maximum 48-hour active window and are then eligible for automatic deletion. Provider deletion processing can take several additional days. Application logs exclude enquiry message bodies and are retained for 14 days.
Our providers may process information internationally using their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards. Contact us for more information about providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Payments and external links
Payments take place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe receives the payment and customer information entered there under its privacy information. We use transaction records to reconcile invoices. We do not receive your full payment-card details through this website.
Links to LinkedIn, Principle Defence and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy information. We ask before sharing your enquiry with a partner.
Cookies and measurement
Steadnet’s public pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. We use aggregate search-console information, company social-media metrics and the source information voluntarily carried with submitted enquiries. External services, including Stripe, may use cookies under their own policies.
Retention and your choices
We review unconverted enquiries and associate expressions of interest for deletion after 12 months from the last meaningful contact, unless there is a continuing need or legal reason to retain them. If you become a customer or associate, information needed for delivery, contracts and accounting is managed under the applicable relationship and record-keeping requirements.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to restrict processing or object, subject to the applicable conditions. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Required enquiry fields allow us to respond and understand your requirements. You can instead email us directly. Please do not send passwords, card information, identity documents or confidential customer records in an initial enquiry.
