Small apps.
Built around your business.

Turn a practical idea into an application that makes a difference. We build for cloud, laptops and mobiles — helping small businesses, organisations and charities from the first conversation through to delivery and support.

Customer-facing or internal · Shaped by your requirements

What could your app do?

Solve the everyday problems that slow you down.

Replace a repetitive task, make information easier to find, or give people a simpler way to work with you. We shape the application around your business requirements.

01 / YOUR CUSTOMERS

A better way to connect.

Simple customer-facing applications that make services easier to access.

  • Enquiry and request forms
  • Booking or appointment workflows
  • Customer or member information portals
  • Service updates and useful self-service tools
02 / YOUR TEAM

Less admin. Clearer work.

Internal tools that help people organise information and get work done.

  • Job, task and request trackers
  • Stock or equipment registers
  • Simple dashboards and reporting
  • Approval and information-sharing workflows
03 / YOUR COMMUNITY

More time for your mission.

Practical applications for charities, community groups and other organisations.

  • Volunteer coordination
  • Event and activity administration
  • Membership and resource directories
  • Internal reporting and service coordination

These are examples to start a conversation. Features, access controls, integrations and data requirements determine the final scope.

Cloud · Laptop · Mobile

Build for the way people actually work.

We help you choose the format that fits your users, budget and working environment.

Cloud applications

Browser-based tools people can access from suitable connected devices. Useful for shared information, remote teams and customer-facing services.

Laptop applications

Tools designed for everyday desktop and laptop work. We agree whether a browser-based or installed application is the right fit, including any offline requirements.

Mobile applications

Interfaces built for smaller screens and work on the move. We agree whether a mobile-friendly web app, installable web app or native app best meets the brief.

Supported devices, operating systems, offline features and any app-store delivery are agreed as part of the project.

A practical starting budget

Roughly £500–£3,000 per app.

A guide for a small, clearly scoped application, excluding VAT. Tell us what you need to achieve and we’ll define a realistic first version with you.

We agree the features, target platforms, delivery milestones and included support before work begins. More complex requirements receive a separate quote.

Discuss your scope and budget

We support the whole journey

From “could we?” to something you can use.

You do not need a technical specification to start. Bring the problem, the people involved and the outcome you want.

01 / DISCOVER & AGREE

Make the idea clear.

We work through your requirements, prioritise the useful features and agree the scope, price, support model and what successful delivery looks like.

02 / BUILD & REVIEW

See it take shape.

Review the application as it develops. We test the agreed workflows with you and refine the delivery against the requirements.

03 / DELIVER & SUPPORT

Start using it with confidence.

We help with deployment, handover and getting started, then support the application through the arrangements agreed for your project.

Support models included

Delivery is part of the journey.

Every project includes an agreed support model. You will know how to get help, what is covered and how support works after launch.

Getting started

Guidance for your team, a clear handover and help putting the agreed application into use.

After-launch support

An agreed route for questions and fixes. Coverage, duration and response arrangements are written into your project quote.

Room to develop

Review feedback and plan the next useful improvement. Ongoing maintenance and new features are agreed according to the support model and scope.

Support is scoped clearly for each project; the guide price does not imply unlimited changes or indefinite maintenance.

Before we begin

Your questions, answered.

Can the application be internal or public-facing?

Yes. We can build for your team, your customers or your community. We agree who can access it, what information it handles and the features they need.

Do you work with charities and small organisations?

Yes. We work with small businesses, organisations and charities, focusing on useful applications that support their goals and available budget.

Will one price cover cloud, laptop and native mobile apps?

The quote specifies the platforms included. A responsive web application can often serve several device types; native mobile apps, offline use or app-store delivery may require a different scope.

What support is included?

An agreed support model is included with the project. We define getting-started help, post-launch coverage, duration, response arrangements and any ongoing costs before work begins.

What if I only have an idea?

That is enough to start. Tell us what is difficult today and what you want to improve. We will help turn that into a clear, deliverable brief.

Your idea. A practical next step.

Let’s build something that helps.

Tell us who it is for, what it should do and your budget.
